Robert K. Blomker II
Lead Vocals • Ukulele • Melodica • Booking
Robert is the frontman, connective tissue, and controlled chaos at the center of the show. With a ukulele in hand and a sharp instinct for pacing the room, he helps turn a setlist into an actual live experience.
His vocals, personality, and feel for the crowd give the band its pulse, whether the room calls for warmth, singalongs, audience requests, or a left turn at exactly the right moment.
Phil Clevinger
Vocals • Wash Tub Bass • Trumpet • Trombone • Sousaphone • Booking
Phil brings range, color, and a borderline unfair number of instruments to the lineup. He is a major part of the band’s harmonic core and the guy most likely to make the room ask, “Wait, is that a sousaphone?”
Brass, bass, vocals, logistics, Phil covers a lot of ground and somehow still makes it look casual.
Mike Kelly
Vocals • Banjo • Acoustic Guitar
Mike brings drive, texture, and serious musical horsepower to the band. Whether he is on banjo or guitar, he adds movement and lift to the set, especially when the room wants something with a little extra spark.
He is also one of the band’s strongest arranging minds, helping shape the sound in ways that make the whole show hit harder.
Jacob Olsen
Vocals • Cajon • Percussion
Jacob is the rhythmic anchor of the band, the guy keeping everything moving while the rest of the room catches up. His percussion gives the show feel, pocket, and momentum.
His instincts help the band stay locked without losing looseness. He also contributes vocals, which means he is doing more work than the cajon lets on.
James Peck
Vocals • Mandolin • Guitar
James adds detail, flavor, and a little healthy unpredictability to the mix. His mandolin work gives the band another dimension, while his vocal presence helps widen the sound without crowding it.
He also brings enough mischief to keep rehearsals, stages, and the rest of the band from getting too comfortable.
Dave Ingram
Drums • Percussion
Dave brings the pulse, power, and live drum energy that takes a High-D Boys show from lively to full-room chaos.
His playing gives the band extra lift when the stage gets bigger, the crowd gets louder, or the set needs to hit with a little more force.

The High-D Boys perform in configurations from three to six musicians. Four-piece is our standard lineup, with five-piece shows adding another layer when the stage, crowd, or event calls for more.
